BEN
Ben originally trained as a stylist in Chipping Norton. He joined Youngmans in 2020. After some time in Bristol Ben rejoined us in 2023 and you can now find him in Marlow. Ben is a keen Birmingham City fan and is on top of his game in all things fashion & music.
HEAD BARBER
RORY
Rory helps run all things creative, is a two time ‘Wahl barber of the Year’ finalist. He trained under the famed hairdresser Andy Heasman before joining Murdock London’s Shoreditch branch. He’s a keen golfer and Crystal Palace fan.
JUNIOR BARBER
PAULA
Paula is a very talented barber. She trained in London before joining us at Youngmans. Beyond the barber's chair Paula also works as an makeup special effects artist in TV & film. Paula is a lover of all things Drum & Bass, House & cute little dogs.

CRAIG
Craig moved back to his hometown Oxford in 2016 to re-brand a historic barber shop in the center of the City. 7 years on Youngmans Oxford 1932 has four stores, an amazing team of barbers & an expanding product bussiness. He has been featured in Tatler & GQ magazine, Showcased his skills at events all over the world (even in the arctic circle!) and has managed some of London’s most prestigious barber shops including locations in Liberty London & Covent Garden. Craig has over 15 years of experience in barbering, He’s a keen music fan, weekend musician and avid Oxford United fan.
